Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper installation are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, contact us at support@brandyads.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address. Unauthorized returns or items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect product was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective faucet, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue in your email to support@brandyads.store. We will arrange a replacement or offer a full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider. If the issue persists, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us with your order details and the reason for the exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may be marked as non-returnable, such as clearance or final sale items. These items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
